Sarah Shadburne (she/her) is a writer, editor, and poet based in Louisville, Kentucky. With an active imagination and a passion for storytelling, her work ranges from informative articles on banking programs to quick-hit human interest stories on local artists to the freeform poetry found in her self-published zine. 

Whatever form she takes, Sarah demonstrates a conversational elegance in her writing which you can find in Louisville Business First, LOUtoday, Let's Go Louisville, WNC Magazine, Louisville Tourism, and Asheville Grit. 

Her professional goals include publishing a collection of her poetry, writing a fiction novel and accompanying screenplay, and using the power of language to help people feel less alone in this hectic world.

Outside of work, she loves trying new restaurants, reading birth charts, and spending quality time with her espresso machine.
